We want to take this opportunity to let you know the procedures we’ve put in place. Our Personal Information Protection Policy sets out ten principles that are observed by Paladin Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related organizations with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information about identifiable individuals other than Paladin Technologies’ employees (a separate policy applies to them.)

The purposes for which personal information is collected will be identified by Paladin Technologies at or before the time the information is collected.
The knowledge and consent of the individual express or implied, are required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information by Paladin Technologies except where inappropriate.
Paladin Technologies Inc. will limit the amount and type of personal information collected to that which is necessary for the purposes identified by Paladin Technologies Inc.
LIMITING USE, DISCLOSURE & RETENTION
Paladin Technologies Inc. will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required or permitted by law.
Paladin Technologies Inc. will keep personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible.
Paladin Technologies Inc. will protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Paladin Technologies Inc. will be open about its policies and procedures with respect to management of personal information. Paladin Technologies will make this information available in an easy-to-understand form.
Upon a member’s request in writing, Paladin Technologies Inc. shall inform a client of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal or corporate information and the client shall be given access to that information, except where the law requires or permits Paladin Technologies to deny access.
An individual will be able to direct a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to the designated individual or individuals accountable for Paladin Technologies Inc. compliance.
Although the laws are relatively new, Paladin Technologies Inc. has been following most of the stated requirements for many years. We will continue to take steps to preserve the privacy and security of our clients’ personal and corporate information.
