Vancouver, Canada – Bosch has completed the acquisition of Paladin Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, Canada – a leading technology company known for its innovative solutions in security, audio visual, structured cabling, and networking & wireless. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Paladin Technologies’ journey, opening up new avenues of growth and innovation.

With history dating back to 1976, as part of the Paladin Group of Companies, Paladin Technologies emerged as a premiere systems integration brand in 2017. Paladin Technologies has over 1,500 associates across North America and projected 2023 sales approaching USD 400 million across 35 offices.

“At Paladin Technologies, our most valuable asset has always been our people. With this acquisition, we are excited that our talented teams have joined an organization that has held a reputation for innovation and leadership for over 100-years. Our colleagues have been the driving force behind our success, and this acquisition is a testament to their dedication and hard work,” says Ted Reid, CEO of Paladin Technologies.

The Paladin Technologies acquisition effectively doubles the size and geographic reach of Bosch Building Technologies’ existing North American Integrator Business. Prior to today, that business was comprised solely of Climatec, LLC, acquired by Bosch in 2015. The Climatec team of over 1,000 associates offers building automation, security, life safety, and energy efficiency services with offices across Arizona, Texas, Nevada, California, New York, and New Jersey.

“We are delighted to officially welcome the highly qualified Paladin Technologies team to Bosch Building Technologies. Based on our shared passion for this industry and commitment to deliver exceptional system integration solutions and services, we are confident of the business growth, collaboration, and market leadership we will achieve together,” says Thomas Quante, president of Bosch Building Technologies.

Since its inception, Paladin Technologies has worked diligently to deliver specialized technology solutions that enhance its clients’ operations. Focusing on verticals such as healthcare, utilities, government, commercial buildings, and gaming, Paladin Technologies has seen rapid growth across the North American market. Inside of the past two decades, Paladin Technologies has driven double-digit percentage revenue growth by pairing a strong entrepreneurial strategy with a conservative capital structure.

“Paladin Technologies’ existing clients and partners can rest assured that the high standards of quality and service they have come to expect will only continue to improve. In fact, this acquisition will enable us to serve our stakeholders better by offering a more comprehensive suite of solutions through long term collaboration with Climatec, and an ability to strengthen our geographical reach,” says Iain Morton, Chief Operating Officer, Paladin Technologies.

The acquisition will not only bolster Paladin Technologies’ capabilities but also enhance the customer experience the company can offer. With a broader range of resources across Paladin Technologies and Climatec, as well as a shared commitment to innovation, these collaborative entities are poised to provide cutting-edge solutions and services that meet the evolving security, building infrastructure, and digitalization needs of the industry.
