November 1, 2021 – Headquartered in New York, Spectra Audio Design has agreed terms to join forces with Paladin Technologies on November 1, 2021. Spectra brings depth to Paladin’s Audio Visual Design group and geographic expansion in the North American market.
Spectra joins Paladin with a vast knowledge and comprehensive understanding of all audio visual design, audio visual engineering, as well as other low-voltage core competencies. With a certified team of professionals, the group has utilized technical excellence to cultivate long-standing relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and tradesmen. All employees will be joining the Paladin Technologies Group of companies through this transaction.

Spectra will continue doing business as Spectra, a Paladin Technologies company. All existing contact information and operational practices will be retained as the team integrates with the Paladin Technologies group of companies.
